What does the legal review include?
The legal review includes an examination of the property’s Land Registry record, as recorded on the date the review is conducted. It provides information on the property’s main characteristics, ownership status, including the registered owners or right holders, title deed details, encumbrances, seizures, legal claims, other registered restrictions, and any pending applications.
How does it work?
You fill in the order form with the property details. Based on this information, a preliminary review is first carried out, and you receive an update together with the fee for preparing the legal report.
